We accept a wide variety of metals from different industries, This can be anything from Copper, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Precious metals, Swarf.

Unfortunately we do not accept any other materials than Metal.

We offer a wide variety of different payment options including BACS, Cheque or Cash Card.

As of 2013 the payment of cash for metal has been illegal due to the introduction of the The Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 therefore no we do not offer cash payments.

However we do offer prepaid cash cards as an alternative payment method – Call us today on 01476 513900 to find out more about this service.

Typically all payments are made within 28 upon receipt of invoice however we can accommodate faster payments upon request subject to your business requirements.

First, you would contact one of our team to discuss your requirements, this can be followed up with an onsite visit if required.

We would then evaluate your material and provide a quotation based on the material.

If all is agreed, we would then arrange to deliver your bins for you to place on site on a date to suit your convenience.

We can then either collect the bins/material on periodic basis or alternatively you can simply call us to collect the bins and we generally aim to be with you within 24/48 hours. At this point we would collect your bins and replace them like for like to ensure no impact on your production.

Once the material is returned to our facility, we will weigh this and provide a HD Photographic ticket showing your bins on our weighbridge and the exact weight.

The team of experts would then go through manually and check the grade of the material to give you the best prices available – Once this has been complete, we will send across all the documentation and the valuation of the material.

Payment will then be made within 28 days however depending on requirements this could be sooner.

Unfortunately due to security reasons we do not offer traditional door trade and only trade to businesses.This is to prevent the sale of metal theft as well as to prevent unauthorised individuals on our premises.

We have a team of in house specialists who use X-ray spectrometers to provide an extremely accurate breakdown of materials and the specific grade to ensure you receive the best price possible for your scrap metal.

We know this is a general concern in the industry therefore we have one of the most comprehensive and transparent audit trails available in the UK.

Specifically we also offer HD Photographic Weighbridge Tickets which allow you to see your material being weighed as well as comprehensive bin tracking to ensure the correct material has been weighed.

Due to security measures we unfortunately do not accept non authorised vehicles or personnel to enter our premises.

However we are happy to collect this on your behalf with one of our vehicles.

If you don’t have a forklift but still need scrap bins, no need to worry as we have one we can bring along when we collect your material.
